The Terms of Sale Agreement (this "Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between you and the Atlanta Falcons Football Club, LLC,
the owner and operator of the officialfalconsgear.com website (the
"Site"). By ordering any product via the site, you signify your
acceptance of this Agreement. Atlanta
Falcons Football Club, LLC reserves the right to
change the terms and conditions of sale at officialfalconsgear.com at
any time. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms of Sale
on a periodic basis for modifications. Changes to this
Agreement will be effective when posted.
U.S. Sales and Sales
Tax
Officialfalconsgear.com transactions will
include sales tax based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in
effect at the time your transaction is completed. We will
only charge sales tax in the state of Georgia. No customers
are eligible for tax exemptions for transactions made on
Officialfalconsgear.com. Gift card purchases are not subject
to sales tax at the time of purchase. The gift card holder will be
charged any applicable sales tax when merchandise is purchased and the
gift card is used as tender. Product

descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or
error-free. Officialfalconsgear.com makes every effort to
provide a broad offering of products. For this reason,

We have made

accurately as possible. Please note, however, that the colors
we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your

seen on the screen. Falcons365.com cannot be responsible for
the limitations of your monitor’s display of any color or

Prices
Officialfalconsgear.com
endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your
total price will include the price of the Product plus any applicable
sales tax and shipping and handling charges. Officialfalconsgear.com
reserves the right to change prices for Products offered at any time,
and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price
drop or promotional offering.
Payment
Methods
Officialfalconsgear.com accepts credit
cards and Atlanta Falcosn gift cards as forms of
payment. Billing to your credit card occurs at the time of
purchase or shortly thereafter. If the balance from a Atlanta
Falcons gift card is used for a transaction, the amount is
deducted from your gift card at the time of purchase. If the
total amount of the transaction is greater than the balance available on
your gift card, your credit card will be charged for the balance.
Officialfalconsgear.com accepts the following credit
cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Please Note: Officialfalconsgear.com is unable to accept
prepaid gift cards issued by credit card companies.
If a transaction has been declined online due to credit card
issues, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the
transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card
for your transaction and should use another card. If your
transaction has been declined online, your credit card has not been
charged. You may see pending charged on your credit card account for any
attempted transaction that has been declined. Those pending
transactions will drop from your account as soon as your credit card
provider processes the voided transaction.
Order Status
Once your
order has been placed, Officialfalconsgear.com will send you an order
confirmation email within one business day to the email address provided
on the order. The order confirmation email will include a
copy of your order as well as an order confirmation number.
When your order is shipped, within 1-3 business days,
Officialfalconsgear.com will send you a shipment confirmation email to
the email addressed provided on the order. The shipment
confirmation email will include the shipment carrier tracking number, if
available.
In addition, you can review the status
of your order anytime by logging into your account on
Officialfalconsgear.com, select "My Account" and view your order history
online. If a carrier tracking number is available, you can use this
number to view the tracking history of your order on that carrier's
website. Refund
Policy
All merchandise must be returned within
30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be accompanied by its original
sales receipt and in its original condition with tags
attached. Merchandise returned without a receipt will
be treated as an exchange for the current selling price. The
merchandise must be in its original condition with tags
attached. Personalized jerseys, pet products, bathing
suits and under garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
