· All returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
· All items are eligible to be returned (unless noted in the item description) provided they are in new condition, are not missing any items/pieces, are returned with the original manufacturer's packaging intact (in new condition) and have not been worn, used, altered or show signs of any wear.
· Packages must be shipped via insured U.S. mail or the traceable parcel carrier of your choice (such as FedEx or UPS). We are not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier.
· Once we receive your return we will refund you the cost of the original item plus tax if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your return will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
· We understand that you must try-on an item to determine if an item fits however we recommend that the item(s) is returned neatly and in the same manner in which you received it. Any item that we determine to have been worn, used or altered will be denied an exchange such as foreign odors, marks, and/or objects.
*If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service department within 3 business days of receipt at 1-800-493-4211 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Official Falcons Gear reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of the merchandise at any time and for any reason.
We do not offer exchanges due the constant changing of our inventory. Please return the item(s) foa full merchandise refund and place new order on OfficialFalconsGear.com.
Free shipping promotions: $5 will be deducted from your return if the new order total is below the amount required for free shipping.
Season ticket holder (STH) discount codes are available on myfalconstickets.com. You must login into your season ticket holder account to obtain the code. If you are having difficulty, please contact your representative.
Discounts should be reflected on your order. Please ensure that the discount has been applied to your order before submitting. We can’t process a discount after an order has been submitted. You will be asked to resubmit your order with the appropriate discount code
Instructions for obtaining and using a season ticket holder discount:
1. Retrieve code: Log on to www.myfalconstickets.com using YOUR username and password
2. Code will be located on the left hand side of the page below "Manage My Tickets" link
3. Place Order: Log on to www.officialfalconsgear.com
4. Place items into shopping cart
5. When finished click 'Continue Checkout'
6. On the login page click new user or sign in as a guest
7. Enter shipping and billing address and click 'Submit'
8. Select shipping method and click 'Continue Checkout'
9. On Order Summary page enter code (from myfalconstickets.com) into the coupon code box and click GO (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO RECEIVE YOUR DISCOUNT)
10. Click 'Pay Via Our Secure Server'
11. Enter credit card information and ENTER SEASON TICKET HOLDER NUMBER IN THE ORDER COMMENTS SECTION. (This step will not add the discount to an existing order if the coupon code was not previously submitted)
12. Click 'Place Order'
